As an Architectural Technologist, your job will be to provide architectural scopes of service for multi-disciplinary jobs where we don't collaborate with a third-party architect. Projects generally include small commercial or industrial renovations, residential new construction, or renovations.

• Determine the scope of work within projects
• Write and review proposals
• Coordinate projects and correspond with clients
• Drafting and reviewing ongoing construction

• Familiar with OBC code review, with emphasis on Parts 3, 5, 9, 10 and 11
• Ability to produce as-built drawings from site measurements 
• Ability to read and interpret drawings for Civil, Structural and M&E 
• CCDC contract, NMS spec experience cost estimating experience is valuable
• Being bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset

• A. Tech diploma minimum
• BCIN would be valuable

Successful candidates will be able to define their own milestones and respond to direction from other discipline leaders to ensure the success of multi-disciplinary projects. They will also possess a focus on correct scope definition and constraints.
