LRL carried out onsite borehole drilling to obtain information on soil conditions.  A report was generated summarizing the site's underlying conditions, and provided geotechnical design parameters and recommendations during construction.  

During the construction phase, LRL carried out subgrade inspections, compaction testing, and concrete testing.
