Swar Signs Warehouse Development

Our engineering team supported this project from conceptual design through to construction completion.

We provided Environmental, Geotechnical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and structural engineering services to assist in building this 5000 sq. ft warehouse building.

With site constraints, septic design and low impact development stormwater management options being considered during the civil design stage, the location of the building on site, vehicular maneuverability and overall usability of the site was optimized.

Our building design team created a functional design that could allow two separate end users within the building. Details for lighting, heating, ventilation and plumbing were designed by LRL’s Mechanical and Electrical Team.

The structure of the building was pre-fabricated, which means out structural team assisted with the foundation design.
